Attendant Console don't show users

Hi

I configured attendant console to two people on CallManager 5.1. the people can do call park, speed dials, transfer by drag-drop but they can't see all users (global directory), nothing appear and there are more 1000 users by LDAP.

In the phone, all the users show! What can be the problem?

Hi,

Can you send a screenshot so we can see what you mean? I've had instances before with things like this where the resolution on the client has caused the application to crop the address book entries.

If this is what you are seeing it may be worth changing it to the standard 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 to see if it brings the scroll bar back..
