Legacy equipments Avaya equipments with Cisco IP Telephones

We are implementing our ToIP infrastructure (CCM 6.1 cluster (1 P + 2 S) with 4000 IP extensions (50% softphone + 50% hardphones) and for some time Cisco IP Phones will have to remain connected to Avaya P333T an P334T L2 switches, until we can replace them for 3560 or equivalent PoE enabled switches. The question question is if someboy has already faced this situation, and what kind of QoS should we use for this integration?

We are using Ip Softphones and Hardphones 7911/7961 with CCM 6.1.
