I have a ephone-dn that it has cfna redirected to a hunt-group parallel pilot#, if for some reason nobody answers on that group, the final number is the Voice Mail pilot point. The call is going through the Voice Mail system, however the caller is getting the system prompt instead of the original called number voice mail box.
4899 --> CUE VoiceMail Pilot number
4810 ephone-dn --> cfna --> 8043
voice hunt-group 2 parallel
final 4899
list 4826,4815
timeout 5
pilot 8043
is any way the call is redirected to the original called number mail box?
Thanks,
Oscar Perez

Hi Oscar,
You can fix this for CUE;
**Mailbox selection (OCN)
This configurable option specifies the mailbox to be used in case of call forward.
Mailbox selection: Mailbox in which an incoming voice message is stored. The options are original called number (OCN) or the last redirected number (LRD). LRD is the default option. You would need to change this to OCN and you would be good to go :)
Check out Page 88 of this good doc;

Hope this helps!

Rob:
do you know any workaround for this? I am using CUE 2.1.3 and it doesn't support the command:
voicemail mailbox-selection {last-redirect | original-called}
Thanks,

Hi Oscar,
Sorry about that! I should have mentioned that this feature was not added until CUE Version 2.3.(1)
The only workaround that I can think of is perhaps using this feature :)
Q. How do you associate more than one Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express extension to a Cisco Unity Express voice mailbox?
A. It is possible to have up to two numbers in the same Cisco Unity Express (CUE) User profile. Configure the first number as the Cisco Unity Express User Primary Extension, and the other number as the Primary E.164 number. However, only two Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express extensions are allowed to share the same mailbox in the Cisco Unity Express voicemail.
From this good Q&A doc;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/products_qanda_item09186a0080875c6f.shtml#q12
Place one ext in the primary ext field, and the other in the E.164 field
phonenumber - Specifies a number or extension for this user. No spaces or dashes are allowed.
phonenumberE164 - Specifies a telephone number with area code for this user. No spaces or dashes are allowed.
Example:
se-10-0-0-0(config)# username user3 create
se-10-0-0-0(config)# username user3 phonenumber 50180
se-10-0-0-0(config)# username user3 phonenumberE164 13335550180
From this good doc;
Hope this helps!
