Hi,
I have bought a second hand Cisco 2620. I have managed to run through the password recovery procedure, however whenever I try anything the below happens:
tdi-adve-manche-s0002#sh run
Command authorization failed.
Router#
*Mar 1 00:25:26: %AAAA-3-INVSTATE: unknown AUTHOR/CMD: Internal state is invalid: astruct 0x81127D98 ustruct 0x0
-Traceback= 802ED784 802ED69C 803372D8 803384B4 803466D8 803C97BC
Router#
What can I do?

Hi,
Your start-up config may be intentionally corrupt. Try and see if another file exists in NVRAM .
See the following url :www.examnotes.net/archive31-2002-4-34215.html
Hope this helps

Hello Andy,
use the password recovery procedure again and remove all AAA commands it looks like it was configured for AAA to ask to a server if you have rights to execute a command or not.
do
no aaa new-model
and remove all commands that start with AAA or even better erase the config instead of importing it.
Hope to help
