Difference between FE,GE and 10GE

Would anyone tell me what's the difference frame structure between FE,GE and 10GE?

There isn't any difference in the frame structure. The "E" in FE, GE and 10GE stands for Ethernet and associated speed does not change the characteristics of the frames.
