CTIOS-Application Exception occured

when the agens puts and the not ready button,

In some of the agent desktops where CTIOS(7.) is installed we are getting this application exception error -procees id =0xb78(2936),thread =0xf44 click OK to terminate

Any idea is it because of anything due to cisco CTI

I have this problem too.

Check the which processs using PID =(2936)Which is giving error

Check any event in the app/system log of agent . upload logs

Agent OS is xp /win2000 ?
