LMS 3.0 login problem due to disabled cookies

Hi,

I'm having problems with our client's Ciscoworks LMS 3.0 not being able to login due to disabled cookies. Have tried to unblock the Ciscoworks' URL from the Privacy Policy settings but to no avail. We also tried remotely accessing the server on a client PC and editing the Privacy Policies but still same result, disabled cookies upon login.

Appreciate your help on this.

Try making the LMS server a trusted server in IE. You should also try Firefox to rule out a problem with the server.
