Hi,
I have EIM 4.2 and have completed basic configuration of it.
When I am trying add department to it its not allowing me to add infact that new option is grayed out.I have checked the permission of PA that is also fine.How can I check license of the same???

Basic will not allow you to create a new department - the Advanced will.

Dear Geoff,
By Basic means the configuration which is needed for email delivery to agent and it worked for one department but when I tried to add 2nd department for new process its not allowing me to do so.
I have cmpleted config and done the testing for one department but this time I am tried to add new department.

By "Basic" I was not referring to your basic configuration, but I was referring to the Cisco SKUs - Basic and Advanced.
If you have the cheaper licencing, you cannot add a department - amongst many other things.

Look in C:\CIM\eService\config\license.
Check the licence.xml file. If it says
you are on advanced.
