Hi all.
I've configured a MOH message to play when a user call our principal directory number, if attendant is busy.
I've associated this message to a Device Pool, and this device pool to voice gateway (a 2800 router).
All works well for ONE call, but when I make a second call, message start not from the beginning, but from the point where is first call (if I listen to both calls, they are at the same point).
I've tried to change "Play continuously" setting, but the only result is that, if I flag this setting, message play also when no calls are in progress (if I make a call, message start at a random point...).
How can I solve this problem?
What I need is that, when there are a second, a third, etc, call, message start from the beginning.
Thanks
Daniele

Hi,
I think you've probably got it set to multicast out from your HO? You can use unicast MOH instead so each session will play its own recording from the beginning.
To determine whether a device receives unicast or multicast MOH you need to change the MRG assigned to the Device Pool of the device receiving the music.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm using unicast and NOT multicast.
But message play not from the beginning.
