unsupported device in cna 5.4

I get the following response when I discover an AIR-AP1242G-E-K9:

unsupported Device

Any solutions?

This AP is supported in CNA. In Topology View, there is no neighbors displayed and I suspect that the option to display neighbors might be disabled (unchecked) in the "Topology Options" dialog. Please check the "Access Points" option in the Topology Options dialog as shown below and see whether the Access Point is displayed.

look at the attached screenshot, I have all neighbors enabled.

I find out that the 1242G Ap is not supported by CNA. I wonder why!
