Try this bug CSCsl36547 … CTI heartbeat timeout. Sounds like a resource problem (CPU spike or memory issue) thus causing the heartbeat alert and could explain unregistration events. You could take a look at the PerfMon. By default AMC/RIS will collect these for preconfigured objects/counters. You can get these via CLI or RTMT. These are plain simply CSV files which you can open with Windows performance viewer or RTMT.
