Grub Error 21 on install of cucm 6.1.2

Hello All

I am installing call manager 6.1.2 on a HP DL320 G2 3.06GHZ server. On reboot I get a Grub error 21. I am using raid 1 and I beleive I have configured the 2 * 80 gb hard disk for raid 1 properly.

Any ideas ?

The DL320 built-in SATA RAID controller is not supported by CUCM 6.1(2). You need to have the platform install CD configure the drives during the initial install and don't modify the config at all.

The add-on HP RAID controller is not supported.

Did you change the RAID configuration on the server after installing the platform install disk? Did this ever work?
