You can copy the config commands under the serial 1/0 and paste the same onto the s1/1.

Make sure that you have identical config lines before shifting the actual physical link onto the new port.

Once you are connected and find the link working remove the config under s1/0.

Also make sure that you have backed up the config of the whole router before doing any activity.

do check out for any routing statements pointing via the s1/0 interface.if yes do change it accordingly via s1/1.
