CallManager Business Edition Backup

Guys,

I have a CUCMBE version 6.0.1.2107-1 but having issues with the DRF hanging, anyone know of any issues or bugs. It hangs on the scheduled backup. It does not seem to hang on a manual back. Any ideas or anyone had similar. I am thinkg of upgrading to 6.1.2 but would like to see if this as an inherent issue before hand

try the following:

Go to CallManager Serviceability.

Go to Tools>Control Center/Network Services.

Select your main node.

Scroll down to 'Backup and Restore Services' near the bottom of the page.

Stop both the 'Cisco DRF Master' and 'Cisco DRF Local' services.

Repeat the process with any CallManager nodes you may have.

Once these services are confirmed to stop on all servers, please start them again in the same order.

After this, try a fresh manual backup, preferably to a different backup location.

Hi,

I think we have found the problem. 'CoreFTP' Thr guy that set up the backup used coreftp but told us it was freeftpd he had installed, well I suppose coreftpd is free as well. Changed to Freeftpd and it works
