Hello all,

I have an ASA5510. I was able to see who remoted access into the sytem either on CLI or ASDM. How do I save the entire day VPN statistics into the log file? I don't want to sit there and watch the current view the whole day. Any help will be very appreciated it. I'm new with this stuff here.

Thank you.

Completely agree with you not to seat there all day looking at activity, sounds funny but it is not. There are few ways you can dump the activity log into a syslog server or use an ftp server.

Go over this link , there are also many ways to filter what you realy want ASA ASDM loggin to capture, look into message listed by severity to understand , usually level 5 informational will capture user name logins and their activity among other traffic.. send it to ftp server for later analisys.
