Encryption and Authentication on CUCME 4.3

Has anyone setup encryption and phone authentication using CUCME 4.3 and IOS c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.XZ.bin

I have setup the CA and trustpoints on the CUCME and the phone can download it's CTL file and I can see the trust lists on the phone. I am unable to update the LSC as when I click on the update softkey I get the error "That key is not active here"

Is there anyway i can verify that this is an issue on the ephone or in a configuration relating to the certificates etc?

The LSC.... in later CUCM versions is normally created automatically after a phone reboot, when a Security Profile has been applied.

STAR STAR POUND to unlock the menu settings?

Same thing with applying the authentication string. Phone has to be unlocked.
