CDR Issue

i have call mananegr 4.2(1), the problem is when i access via CAR to see CDR entries and i choose date for a long time, the system reports me just 5 pages, not all the the entries.

Hi pls check whether you have enabled to store data for long time. If there is no data, you may not get the old data.You can check by going to callmanager-applicaitons>cisco callmanager servicibility> cdr analysis and reporting> system> database> configure automatic purge.

The Automatic purge is already deactivated.

the problem is always here.

If you logged into the database and look for the table "calldetailedrecord" and you use the cdr converter to convert the time, what's the last date/time you have recorded?
