I have a customer that have a CUCM cluster as well as a CME cluster. The CME is the PSTN gateway.
Now, on the CUCM, i have a group of phone which their extensions are not grouped together as follows:
5401
5403
5409
5511
5538
etc
Because the numbers are not together, does it means that on the CME, for the 5 phones, i will need 5 x seperate dial peer to point it to the CUCM cluster??
Is there any way i can group this together into a single dial peer?
Kind Regards,
Hunt

Use destination-pattern 5...
Under voip dial-peer
This is what we call wildcards...

But since i also have phones on the CME itself like 5800 to 5899, and also 5500, 5511...
Would these wildcards cause these calls to be routed incorrectly towards the CUCM cluster as well??

The better match will win.
You should have no problem with "5..." to the CUCM.
CME creates dial-peers (the phones look like FXS ports) to 5500, 5511... These are the more exact matches.
