Hi,

how can you decrease the delay when dialling speed dials or directory entries to external numbers in CME?

I have changed the interdigit timeout under telephony service which does reduce the delay but also this affects the users when they manually dial numbers (meaning that they have to be quicker when dialing!!!)

Is there a way of just decreasing the delay to speed dials and extenal directory entries only?
