HUM doesn't display Top-N Interface Utilization

I installed HUM and I configured Poller for 4 devices to monitor interface utilization. I'm sending you the poller configuration. First HUM displayed all statistics correctly, but for now only one interface is seen in the quick report and no interface is seen in the Top-N Interface Utilization. Do anybody knows where is a problem? Thank you.

The last time I saw this, there was a problem with the poller, and no new data was being collected. The solution was to remove and re-define the poller in question.
