I'm having some troubles with the voicemail. I have the CM6.1 integrated with an Exchange Server 2007.
When people call and nobody answers, a message is played. I have some phones passing the right message ("please leave a message...") but some others passing a message that the owner of the phone would listen if he called to hear his mail box messages. I can't see differences in phones and users configurations on callmanager that would explain what's happening.
Do you have any clue?
