I finally implemented cisco unity express.Thanks you.

When i call the receptionnist pstn line i want the auto attendant to give me some options like press 0 for operator.How do i do this?

Hi, The configuration for AA in CUE is the same for CUCM and CCME. Please follow the example provided by our dear friend Rob.

I am using a call manager 4.1.I think your answer applies to call manager express.Could you provide a way to do it with call manager ?

I applied this config (see the file attached) on the router but autoattendant from pstn does not work.10.19.153.2 is the unity express ip address and autoattendant access number is 700.PSTN is 021314876.

Please Help

Thanks.Remember that i am using call manager with mgcp protocol not call manager express.I think your exemple applies to call manager express.Am I wrong ?
