IPCCX 5.0(2) Admin account reset

I have an issue with a IPCCX server.

Server connected to a CUCM6.1.2 wich I've foolishly integrated with AD and now the accounts have been deleted, I've removed the AD sync from Callmanager and recreated the user accounts that I had before but I still can't access the AppAdmin pages. Previous versions of IPCCX you could edit some files and recover the situation, but 5.0(2) doesn't have the same file structure.

Is there any way of recovering this other than rebuilding the server?

I have this problem too.
