Solved: Meet-Me Max Participants Problems

Im having a problem with meet-me, I have configured the "Maximum Meet me conference Unicast" to 14, but it seems that only 8 people can join. I have tested several times and I cant get more than 8 people to join. I have the setting set to 14 for each CM server. Is there any other options that would restrict this? Does it matter if the participants are coming in from the outside vs. the inside?

you'll need to reset the devices that are using it, might wanna do it after-hours.

once you do it give it a try and you should get your 14 users

you're using a HW CFB and not the SW CFB, change your MRGL to use the SW CFB in first place

HW CFB only accept 8 conferencees per conference

Thanks for the Advice, I do see that the Hardware Resource Group is first and then software. What will be impacted by changing this? Says it is being used by all of our devices...
