Got a strange on that only seems to be happenning to one user and cant see where the configuration on the subscriber setting ahave been changed. using Unity 5.0.1. When a users gets a voicemail it comes into her box, the MWI lights to say she has a message, she dials the unity voicemail box but the system tells her she has no new messages, but the message deleivered has ended up in the saved messeges. Any ideas what may cause this?
