I have a system set up where I have calls come into attendant console, if the users are busy, the calls get put to a queue.
The callers in the queue hear the music on hold, but only the first 2 users, the rest get silence.
I only have the call manager for MOH servers and transcoders and they are set to push out 250 unicast sessions each (there's 3 of them).
Any ideas why the users would be getting silence? I look at the stats on the phone and the Rcvr Packets jump up the same on the phones that have the music playing as it does the ones that don't have music playing.
