One of our customers is currently expecting problems with newly created CAD Agents, they are not synchronized with the CAD server. Agents are not showing up in CAD Administrator.
I have restarted the DC Directory Service in CCM and the Dir sync and LDAP Service on the CAD Server, but that had not helped. So I restarted tonight the whole CAD Server, that did also not resolve the problem. Is there any service from the IPCC side which could/would help to be restarted?
Or what would help to resolve the problem?
