Hi, We have set up an Automated Attendant for Unity Connection 2.0. In fact we have recorded a greeting for a virtual subscriber and when external callers call the subscriber number, they get a greeting and they are presented with several choices, eg press 1 for reception, press 2 for sales, press 3 for technical support, etc. Suppose a caller presses 1 for reception, on the display of the reception phone the word "voicemail" appears for a couple of seconds and then the CLI is presented. Is there a way to eliminate this "voicemail" display? Has anyone come to such an issue? CUCMBE version 6.1.2.
