Upgrade LMS 3.0.1 to LMS3.1 Topology Service

Hi,

I have upgraded LMS 3.0.1 to LMS 3.1. All is right, but I had a user with one special configuration of topology, the user migrated all right but the topology was not migrated. Topology view of this user is same CiscoWorks show initially.

I have backup of CiscoWorks LMS 3.0.1 version. Is there any way to restore the user configuratio of topology?

You can try extracting the *.xml files from NMSROOT/campus/etc/users/USERNAME from the backup. However, the internal DB IDs may have changed in the migration, and the topology may still not resemble what it was.

I have recovered personal customization of my LMS users in Topology Services. I did following:

Topology -> click on File ---> Upgrade View Layouts ---> Select All Layouts (Layer2, LANedge, Unconnected) ---> Click on Apply.
