CCNA home lab - am I missing anything

Unanswered Question

Hi,

I was just wondering if you can see what I might be missing in my lab for my CCNA so I can start my studies.

Current my equipment is:

1 x Cisco Pix515 (not for CCNA)

2 x Cisco 2620's with 2 x WIC-1T cards

1 x Cisco 1721 with 2 x WIC-T1 cards

1 x Cisco 1603 with 1 x WIC-1T card

1 x Cisco 2950 24 port switch

I have no cables yet so I guess I will need some DCE-DTE back-to-back (Crossover) cables and RJ45 cables.

What is a good lab book to help?

Thanks

I have this problem too.

You have a nice lab there, it will certainly help you gain you CCNA certification.

You can find a lot of Labs and training guides for free on the Cisco Partner Education connection (www.cisco.com/go/pec). Once logged on to the PEC, do the following:

> Go to the menu-option "learning Maps"

> Go to "Certification"

> Choose "CCNA"

> Choose "CCNA - Option I" (Don't worry about Option II, it can also be found on the Option I page!)

> Scroll down!

Please rate if the posts helps!

Michael
