CCNA/CCNP Completed and want to do CCSP OR CCVP

Unanswered Question

Hi,

I have recently completed my CCNP Certification. However, i would like to improve myself more in the field of CCSP OR CCVP. However, it is being observed that Cisco has set the requirement of CCNA Security/Voice for CCSP/CCVP. It's now under my impression that for doing CCSP/CCVP i will need to first clear CCNA Security or VOICE. It's mean simple CCNA is no more valid for going CCSP or CCVP.

Kindly correct me if i am wrong.

Thanks,

Faisal Mubarak

Dear Rob,

Thanks for the reply, i think cisco should merge all associate level (CCNA/VOICE/WIRELESS/SECURITY) into one major associate as telecom companies require expertise in all field at least at associate level.
