Attendent Console with CCM 612 Business Edition

I am having a problem with attendent console running on CCM 612 Business Edition in that when I have the AC software open, and I have the 'show all users' screen open, there is a qeustion mark beside each user, it does not show if they are available or not. I am using extension mobility, but it makes no difference if they are logged in or not..

Has anyone seen this problem before?

Was this working before?

Users have proper DN configured under User in CallManager?

Check DialRules

Restart AC service.
