I am currently building a MeetingPlace 6 system in a SMA-2S configuration. I'm experiencing an issue when scheduling meetings via the web page, where external access (via the DMZ server) to the meeting number is unavailable. I receive the error message:
Error: Meeting not available, or too soon to attend.
The meeting is always available via the internal server.
If I view the scheduled meeting in MeetingTime it shows the field 'Allow Internet Access' as set to 'no'. This is despite the user profile that created the meeting and the related user group having this field set to 'yes'.
To allow external access via the DMZ server I must go into MeetingTime and edit the scheduled meeting that has been created.
Is there anywhere else that I need to configure this 'Allow Internet Access' setting to allow access via the DMZ server?
