Not all numbers connect

I have a 2811 running MGCP to a PRI interface. Most calls connect with no issue however, we have several numbers that when dialed we get back a busy tone, the number dialed is not busy. On the debug it looks like we have normal clearing.

Any ideas would be great.

Any reason why you are using overlap sending as opposed to enbloc?

I have seen issues with overlap sending if the provider end is not set to recieve such signalling.

This explains overlap sending and how to enable it, to disable it just perform the reverse and uncheck overlap sendind from your route patterns.

We are using overlap to reduce the time on the call placement. The call works from an IP phone.
