I have roughly 70+ remote users that connect to a Cisco VPN Concentrator 3015 running the latest code. Of that 70 users, about 5 can connect but can't access any network services (ie exchange, internal IM, shared drives, etc), mean while the rest of the users connect to all services fine. I have tried having them connect to a different VPN concentrator but still couldn't connect to any thing. I had them change the TCP/UDP and enable transparent tunneling.
Any thoughts?

Some questions .
Are they able to ping those resources in internal network?
What are version of VPN clients? What group they connect , check their access policy , any filters , split-tunnel etc?

1. They can't ping anything
2. Cisco client ver 4.8.01.0300
3. Same group as other users who can access everything. So same network list, split tunneling
4. No new updates or patches recently on the PC's

Thanks for the information.
Are these users using same ISP to connect?
Maybe ESP or UDP 4500 is being blocked by the ISP . Just a thought.

they are using the main ISP in the area (time warner), so it isn't that. I am connected remotely with them. I thought of that earlier. I know a lot of hotels have problems with that.
