Is there any way to get CUPC to display your status as "On the Phone" when you're using a secondary line, rather than what is set as your Primary Extension? So far I've been unable to figure out any way to do this.
I believe you can get this by associating the user with the line appearance. At the bottom of the DN configuration for a specific line appearance, you should see a section named Users Associated with Line. Add the user and see if that fixes it.
