Hi guys, there is a local number that we can't dial with voip phone, it goes through maybe 30% of the time. Do you guys know of anything I can use to analyze the call or any ideas what the problem could be, we are runnig CM4.x? Phone number can be reached through PBX and cell phone 100% of the time. thanks

yes, you need traces and debugs to troubleshoot something like this and find what's causing this

java

Have you tried to use the Dialed Number Analyzer plugin that is included with CUCM? If you have CCM 4.X you will need to download it from the plugins page and install it on the Publisher, and if you have CUCM Appliance (Linux) you just need to enable it from the Service Activation page on Serviceability.
The URL is https://
This plugin will show you additional details why the call failed and will give you a full digit analysis and what happened with the call.
It is easier to check it here rather than taking traces ;) .
For 5.X or higher:

For 3.X until 4.X:

Please let us know how it goes!!!
