When connecting to a Pix using SSH, are there any versions that support changing your tacacs password?

That is not supported on Pix. (CSCdx79225) for the enhancement request on the PIX,

That bug is for password aging...not sure if this is the same thing. I would like to know if when I log in, can I change my password.
Also would like to know if this is supported with ASA.
