Hi,
Running CallManager Express 4.0.
We need to upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1.
Please provide the procedure to upgrade
CallManager Express from 4.0 to 4.1
and also IoS version.

Why don't you start by upgrading IOS to 12.4(11)XJ4, for CME 4.1. This seems to be a highly rated and stable IOS/CME combination.
12.4(11)XW2 - CME 4.2
12.4(15)T - CME 4.1
12.4(11)XJ - CME 4.1

Hi Krishna,
You are most welcome my friend! The upgrade to CUE would not be a firm requirement. CUE 3.1 is fully compatible with CME 4.1;
