Redirect Contact to another CSQ

I have two queues and what to redirect caller to second CSQ when all the agents on the first queue are logged off from certain skill set ie. they are in meeting or away for break.

Any idea how to accomplish in existing script.



I have this problem too.

easy mkram just do I thinks its GetResource Statistics or something to that affect. Then do an if ResourceGroup.LoggedOn > 0 and the true and false would be one reource queue or the other or maybe have different goto's under it..
