Solved: Upgrade ACS 3.3.2 SE to 3.3.3

Hi Guys,

i want to upgrade ACS 3.3.2 SE to 4.1

i read in the documents that i need to upgrade to 3.3.3 then to 4.1...

i found how to upgrade 3.3.3 to 4.1 it sounds to be smooth, but i can't find any clear document for upgrading 3.3.2 SE to 3.3.3 SE, any clear document for that?

do i need to reimage the appliance? or its smooth & direct upgrade to 3.3.3? and what about the database? can i restore it?

in the attachment u'll find a screen shot for appliance upgrade window.

No need to reimage acs. First you need to update it to 3.3.3 and then 4.1

Steps remain same for 3.3 and 4.1 upgrade. Find attached the upgrade steps.

If you need software ver 3.3.3 you need to open a tac case.

steps were helpful, just there is one important point that i was not patient so i got some issues, following is very important point:

you should connect the console, and after each upgrade step, wait till getting the following message: "Appliance is functioning properly" then apply the next step (or be patients for around 10 minutes :) )..
