HELLO EVERYBODY.

I need to implement the calls from PBX Ericsson to PBX Alcatel through 2 Gateways.

When I call from PBX Alcatel to PBX Ericsson the call works fine, but from PBX Ericsson to PBX Alcatel to call seems completed but finally it gives an error:

"Cause i = 0x80E6 - Recovery on timer expiry" on gateway Cisco 3640 near to PBX Alcatel.

I have the following scenario:

On one side there is a PBX Ericcson with PRI card connected to PRI card on gateway Cisco 3825. On the other side there is PBX Alcatel with PRI card connected to PRI card on gateway cisco 3640, the sides are connected by WAN Link.

Here is a capture of the call on the gateway connected to the PBX Alcatel

I already increased the timer T310=60.000 seconds but I still have the same problem.

The date of the capture was May but I still have the same problem.

ANY HELP WILL BE APRECIATED

Hi Walter,

Based on the debugs, when 1051 calls 1000.

All first messages are correct, incoming SETUP

PROCEEDING ALERTING then after 15 seconds Ericsson sends DISCONNECT, the phone actually rings?

If you answer the call what happens?

not sure if we are matching correct dial-peers, but somehow call is proceeding.

Let us know.

Hi,

Can you post your configs and any corresponding dial-peers?

Can you also post a debug from a successful call?

BR,

Stoyan

Hi Gogasca thanks for answering.

Yes the phones rings but you can not hear anything on both sides.

Besides I see the calling party number.

Walter

What version of IOS are you running on the 2 gateways? Does it happen all the time, or can you clear it by rebooting the gateway/s?

Hi,

Do you have the "voice rtp send-recv" command in global config for both gateways?

It is also advisable to check your clocking config.

BR,

Stoyan
