i have loaded a software on my manager's laptop to receive reports of agents after every two hours, scheduling of the historical reports have been set but the reports are not populating.

secondly i loaded cisco agent supervisor on his laptop but still its not showing, if agents are ready, not ready, busy or what, it only gives an error message. thanks.
