I would like to order the following ios:

Cisco 3745 Ser IOS ADV ENT SERVICES

Feature Pack

And deploy it on 5 similar routers.Should i order 5 ios or only one ?

You need to order five licences to run it on five routers. If you want to get physical media, you only need one.
