Re-order of Directories on IP Phone

I have a customer who wants to reorder the display of directories on an IP phone so that the corporate directory appears at the top.

I know that missed, received and placed calls come from the phone, whilst the 4th corporate directory comes from a web server so it would be a config on the phone.

Anyone know if this is possible?

Good question!

This is not supported in any current version of CCM. You can look into setting up access to the Corporate Directory via a Programmable Line Key (PLK) as nicely noted by Liz in this great thread :)
