I am trying to set up QOS and routing for agent off site who use onetouch log in on the phones. I am trying to figure out when and what IPCC does to comunicate to the phones. I use IPCC express and IPCC version 3.5(4)
I believe the communication between IPCC and the phones would be HTTP on port 8080. See the QoS and Call Admission Control section under Bandwidth, Security and QoS Considerations in the following link.
