CCM call forwording problem urgent.

After change the dc directory password.

i m not able to forword call from IPT softkey. but i can using ccm web application. i restared all the services in ccm publisher and subscribers but still now i m facing the prob.

So please help me.

DC has nothing to do with CFA (CFA is related to CUCM DB), use dblhelper to check status and if necessary republish

I think also its BD sync related prob but i have no dblhelper. without BDLhelper is it possible to resync.

that would require you to go to each and every single server and restart the snapshot agent and pull subscription, look for dblhelper at netpro and download it

please give me the exact procedure. How can i restart the snapshot agent and pull subscription.Its a ipcc. All IPT are connected with this ccm cluster.So is it possible to make resync with out down time.
