Slow directory status within Attendant Console

We have upgraded to Unified Communications Manager 6.x and our receptionists have started to complain about the free/busy status being slow within the Attendant Console directory. They would do a search on a person and while that search is fast, the status can take a minute or so to show if that person is on the line or not. This isn't every time but it's enough to cause concern. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

I have this problem too.

Have you try reseted the Callmanager Atendant console and the CTI manager services?

Please try to do so and let me know how it goes.
