Forced Disconnect Call

Is there any way i can forcely disconnect any call either through service or at specified time duration. The max call duration at ' service parameter ' disconnects all the calls at the cucm at specified time, internal as well as external (off-net).

I only want to disconnect specific numbers, like long distance calls and etc.

I have this problem too.
