On incoming and internal calls, agents hear a beep sound (no ring) and call disconnects effecting approx 8 users

ip phone 7960 and looks like just one line.

I have this problem too.

What is the exact version of Call Manager are you running? What is the gateway type you are using? Is it MGCP or H323?
